Orders can be scheduled for same-day delivery, when placed before the designated cut-off times, and for specific days or months into the future at the time of order.

We will normally leave the item at the door and call the number provided at time of delivery if necessary. The driver will also take a picture of the item left at the door that will appear digitally in the delivery confirmation email. In rare cases we may also leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call us and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. We employ professional delivery personnel who will find the best delivery choice for your special gift. Many times the best option is to send the delivery to a workplace. We will honor requests to “leave at door if not home,” however, if the delivery driver feels that the location is not safe, due to in bad weather, extreme heat or cold, or theft potential, then the delivery may need to be rescheduled.
